Job Overview:
As a Bookkeeper at DPS, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing transactions, and ensuring our business runs efficiently. You will work closely with our management team to support financial decisions with clear, precise data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and assist in financial forecasting.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Work with external accountants during tax preparation and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• [Preferred] Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
