Job Description

Technician is responsible for identifying and performing necessary repair, service and/or maintenance work on customer pay and warranty vehicles. Conduct Video MPI using Mykaarma software. Technicians will utilize BMW approved tools and equipment to correctly diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits and paid vacation after service time. Pay rate is based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Examining customer and internal vehicles to determine needed repairs, service and/or maintenance work
  • Provide estimates for repair times to service advisors using an electronic inspection platform
  • Complete sold repairs and maintenance work in the predetermined time frame
  • Follow BMW repair instructions and warranty procedures to complete repairs properly and to BMW standard
  • Create video multi point inspections to provide customers with a better understanding of recommended repair work

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive repair (BMW experienced preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certifications Preferred
  • Ability to work weekdays and on scheduled Saturdays
  • Clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver's license
  • Must submit to a pre employment background check and drug screen
