Position: Remote Travel Specialist - Bilingual

Location: Remote (Ontario Residents Only)

Compensation: CA$26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage customized travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals) using GDS platforms
• Assist members with cancellations, re-bookings, and travel disruptions
• Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat
• Educate members on maximizing their exclusive travel benefits

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — language assessment required
• Certification : TICO certification is mandatory
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Experience :
• Minimum 2 years in travel, airline, or hospitality
• At least 1 year in customer service or call center environment
• Availability : Flexible to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Additional Requirements :
• Strong geographical knowledge and passion for travel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• Private home office setup with wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi and satellite not accepted)
