Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the current school year within a K-12 educational setting located in Winsted, CT. This role involves providing expert behavioral support and intervention services to students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and support staff.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to improve student behavior and learning outes.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and observations.
• Train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing behavior plans.
• Excellent munication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis to evaluate student progress.
