Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required.

is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a  driven Sales Manager to lead our Heavy Duty and Commercial Truck Division. This is an opportunity to take charge of a motivated sales team representing some of the industry’s most respected brands and serving a loyal base of fleet and commercial customers across the region.

We’re looking for a strong leader with proven success in automotive or commercial vehicle sales management who can inspire a team, build lasting relationships, and drive measurable results. Experience in the heavy-duty or truck sector is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual goals
  • Manage daily operations across retail, fleet, and commercial accounts
  • Oversee inventory mix, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate with manufacturer partners to maintain brand standards
  • Drive business growth through strategy, accountability, and exceptional customer experience

 


Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Proven success leading an automotive or commercial sales department
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster long-term customer relationships
  • Heavy-duty or truck sales experience preferred but not required
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
