POSITION OVERVIEW 

This position supports the Director of Brand & Creative Strategy in delivering aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative marketing materials. This role requires a very strong creative background with skills in digital design, creative problem solving, social content, fashion advertising and marketing. This role requires a Creative that is flexible, proactive, and who has strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone who loves Graphic Design and Social Media, and is excited to learn more about on-set Art Direction and Brand Strategy, with a chance to grow with the company over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute graphic design for brand email campaigns, Ecommerce collateral, social media, digital advertising, events, and other assets used in brand marketing communications.
  • Concept and execute brand-right social-first creative, including in-house photography and videos.
  • Support the Director, Brand & Creative Strategy on Ecommerce and Editorial photo shoots.
  • Manage organization of asset library, including Community (UGC) assets 
  • Apply current trends in culture, design, advertising, fashion, social media, digital, entertainment, etc. in ways that keep the brand relevant.
  • Leverage Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising resources to track creative outputs against performance metrics to inform current and future work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Education: Bachelors or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in graphic or web design 
  • Expert user of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign, with AfterEffects a bonus
  • Experience designing digital marketing content is preferred with a strong understanding of best practices in typography, style guides, color theory, etc. 
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating product and brand-first storytelling, and a clear understanding of marketing/visual communications 
  • Proficient user of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and ideally in iPhone video capture/editing 
  • Illustration experience is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including international travel

  • Strong visual sense of color, composition and typography and knowledge of how to work within a brand style guide
  • Passion to keep up with latest trends in creative content, social media, photography, etc.
  • Positive energy with the ability to motivate teammates and communicate new ideas
  • Preferable 3-5 years professional graphic design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house marketing team for a consumer-facing business.
