You'll balance floor leadership with operational responsibilities, helping to build a culture that reflects our commitment to excellence in both service and team dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Elevate the Guest Experience: Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism. Make every guest feel like a VIP.Serve with Style: Leverage your bartending experience to confidently offer and serve a curated selection of beverages, enhancing the guests visit in a responsible and welcoming way.Lead by Example: Support the General Manager in leading the team with positivity, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.
