Now Hiring: Assemblers & Machine Operators - Cleanroom Environment

Location : Devens, MA
Schedule : Day & Night Shifts Available (12-hour Rotating)
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay : $20-$22/hour
• $20/hour base
• + $2/hour shift differential for overnight schedule
• Weekly pay

We are hiring Assemblers and Machine Operators to work in a cleanroom environment for a medical device company. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization dedicated to manufacturing life-saving products.

No experience? No problem!

Full training is provided. Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Follow instructions to perform basic assembly operations
• Label components per documentation
• Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform visual quality checks
• Support production flow and documentation
• Follow gowning and cleanroom procedures
