Must have two years of security supervisor experience
Must have active exposed firearm permit
Must have active baton permit
Must have active OC spray permit
Must have active pepper spray permit
Must have active handcuff permit
Must have active driver's license and clean driving record

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Location: Fremont, CA
• Set schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week.
• Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am.

Responsibilities of a Armed Tactical Security Supervisor

• Conducting post checks of officers under your supervision
• Training new officers
• Make sure you have 100 % coverage of your site to insure there are zero dark posts
• Issue corrective action forms (CAFs)
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of for a Armed Tactical Security Supervisor

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have two plus years of armed security experience
• Must have two years of security supervisor experience
• Must have active exposed firearm permit
• Must have active baton permit
• Must have active OC spray permit
• Must have active pepper spray permit
• Must have active handcuff permit
• Must have active driver's license and clean driving record
• Please include your most up to date security resume
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• You have drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
