Application Administrator - Netsuite

Direct hire Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay: $100120K + Bonus (DOE)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without assistance

We're seeking an Application Administrator to join a fast-paced, collaborative department. This direct hire role is responsible for supporting various business applications through user access management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and data integrity monitoring. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless application performance, security compliance, and a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, access levels, and security permissions
• Configure applications and assist with upgrades
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems
• Monitor system integrations and resolve errors
• Maintain data integrity and generate usage reports
• Create documentation and train end-users

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in application or IT support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business applications (ERP, HR, invoicing, inventory systems)
• Preferred experience with NetSuite, Enverus, Gatekeeper, Adaptive, and Concur
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
