What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Clearly explain policy options so clients understand their coverage and benefits.
• Support clients through the claims process, coordinating with adjusters for smooth resolutions.
• Manage and update client accounts accurately while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Identify opportunities for clients to enhance their coverage through renewals or additional products.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
